Bab Al Shams provides a unique desert experience, enchanting guests with its stunning scenery and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are charming, especially with the spacious layouts, though they could use a bit more lighting. The service is top-notch, making each visitor feel special, yet the dining options were somewhat limited during our stay. While the location is tranquil and perfect for a getaway, the shuttle service to the city could be improved for better convenience.

Bab Al Shams is a wonderful escape from the city, offering a tranquil atmosphere and an impressive pool. The rooms are charming and comfortable, but the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly at Al Forsan. While the overall service was positive, specific aspects of the dining could certainly use improvement, especially given the resort's luxurious reputation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bab Al Shams. The service was exceptional, especially from Ahmed Yehia, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming after a long drive. The pool area and gardens were well-maintained, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. While the rooms were comfortable, I noticed some signs of wear and tear that could use some updating. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place for a serene getaway.

My experience at Bab al Shams was quite lovely overall, with a few minor hiccups here and there. My stay at the hotel was nothing short of incredible! The attention to detail in the resort is remarkable, and the ambience is truly special. The room was themed beautifully and reminded me of my home in Rajasthan, although the lighting could be brighter. While the pool area was nice, the temperature of one of the pools was a bit cold. Overall, the experience was fantastic, with thoughtful gestures like a birthday cake left in our room; however, some areas of the garden could use a little more care.
